Effective October 19, 2026
Endyo Digital operates Creator Pipeline Shorts Analytics as a private utility for Drew’s authorized YouTube channel. This notice describes the utility’s handling of Google and YouTube data.
Data accessed and collected
With the channel owner’s consent, the utility uses YouTube API Services to access channel and video identifiers, video titles, publishing dates, durations, and aggregated performance reports. Reports include views, engaged views, watch time, average view duration, average percentage viewed, likes, comments, shares, subscriber gains and losses, traffic sources, device categories, and audience-retention curves where supported.
The utility stores Google authorization tokens to maintain the read-only connection. Creator-entered labels, such as a hook, content lane, opening, edit style, call to action, or experiment, can be added to the private Sheet. It does not request individual viewers’ identities, Google passwords, or personal viewing histories. Comment counts are collected; comment text is not collected by this utility.
Purpose and use
Data is used to collect accurate channel performance history, diagnose collection failures, and help Drew make editing, packaging, publishing, and learning decisions within Creator Content Pipeline v2.1. Creator judgments and experiment labels are distinct from YouTube’s reported metrics.
The collector does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage, access, and service providers
The collection process runs in Google Apps Script. Report data and collection diagnostics are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by Drew. Authorization tokens are stored in Apps Script’s user properties, and the OAuth application credentials are stored in its script properties. They are not included in public pages or spreadsheet cells.
Selected Sheet data may be read by Drew’s private ChatGPT workflow to produce a weekly Shorts Intel brief. Google provides the API, script, and spreadsheet services; OpenAI provides that analysis workflow. Access is limited to the channel owner and people or services the owner authorizes for these purposes. This website does not publicly disclose collected reports.
Retention and deletion
Authorized analytics history is retained while the owner’s connection remains authorized and the history is needed for the stated learning purpose. Collection checks the authorization when it runs. Metadata and recent reports are refreshed regularly; historical reports retain their reporting dates.
The channel owner can stop collection, remove the connection, and request deletion of stored data by contacting drew@endyodigital.com. Deletion requests will be handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Removing the collector’s copies does not delete videos or analytics held by YouTube.
Revoke Google access
You can revoke the utility’s access through Google’s account permissions page by removing Creator Pipeline Shorts Analytics. Revocation prevents future authorized API access. Contact Endyo Digital to request removal of the copies already stored in the private workflow.

These information pages do not add advertising, tracking scripts, sign-in forms, or embedded YouTube players. The hosting services may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the pages.
